I've been an avid customer of Ookas since about a couple months ago. Usually through 11Street.my due to the coupons that I have on that App. I've purchased many cards from Ookas, mainly the high speed ones (Class 10 U 1 to U 3) and huge capacities (64gb and 128gb) too. All my cards arrived in pristine condition with boxes much larger than even the memory cards, with ample of cushion to protect the cards from heat and impact. Bravo!
On May 15th I've purchased a card which has been working fine all these while but suddenly stopped working for unknown reasons. I've emailed and called Ookas for support. They are friendly and speaks multiple languages too. We conversed in Cantonese. I've spoken to Mr. Khoo, he was nice and friendly.
Due to my tight schedules, I've asked Mr. Khoo on the fastest way for an exchange. Heeding his advice, I traveled to South City, Seri Kembangan (It's a pretty quiet mall). I was greeted by their young front desk person in charge. He managed to fill up paperworks for me and helped me with my exchange, no questions asked. It was very quick too. I'm very happy!
Purchasing fake memory cards from vendors can be our biggest nightmare. Working with YouTube, every picture and video are priceless. I'm happy that Ookas is an honest business. Sincere thanks.
