After around two weeks of testing it, here are my findings :
Form Factor
The Tronsmart Onyx Ace is designed to be extremely light and comfortable, featuring a user-friendly design that allows you to use your fingers or your voice commands to control most of their commands and functions. These earphones are so comfortable that they can also be worn for even hours without making our inner ears sore.
Casing
The casing of the Tronsmart Onyx Ace is compact, light, yet high quality. The glossy finishing makes it really classy too. It’s easy to carry in our pocket thanks to its compact size and light weight. The casing also features indicator lights, so we always know that our earphones are charging and how much battery is available in the casing.
Power
Tronsmart being one of the top producers of high quality Power Banks and batteries in the world, has allow them to incorporate the same technology into their earbuds and earphones. Both Tronsmart Onyx Ace earphones and case, fully charges within 1 hour and 30 minutes, from zero. At 50% volume, the earphones plays for over 5 hours each charge, and they can be charged in the case for over 4 times, giving them over 24 hours of play time. At full volume, they last a little over 3 hours.
The casing uses a USB C port which allows fast charging where we can benefit a lot with a "quickie charge" which allow the earphones to charge for only about 15 minutes to provide us couple hours of playback. This is particularly useful if we need to leave quickly but forgot to charge the earphones the night before. I sometimes charge my case in the car while driving, it's that simple! We can even leave the charging case plugged in for most of the time without any memory effect issues from overcharging.
The casing also features four indicator lights that can quickly tell us how much power is available. When Four LED lights flickering in sequence, it means that the case is being charged, the first LED light indicates that the right earbud is charging, and the fourth LED light indicates that the left bud is charging.
Usage
The Tronsmart Onyx Ace comes with voice access that we can activate with just a single tap on the side of our earphone. This voice access connectivity works with both Siri and Google Assistant. It even works with Cortana, and activating the voice assistant is as simple as saying “OK Google” or "Hey Siri".
This voice assistant allows us to accept phone calls, change the volume of our earbuds, or select different tracks or even fast-forward on the same track all without touching the earphones by hand. It’s particularly useful need to accept or and phone calls when our hands are busy, or we want to continue doing work without breaking our productivity.
On the other hand, we can also engage all these above features using simple touch commands instead of voice commands. Merely touching the center of each earphone gently will allow us to access its core functions, and the number of taps input was the direction of those inputs determines which function we select. Connectivity
Connectivity is awesome due to the usage of Bluetooth 5.0 Technology. Takes only seconds to connect. The pair of earphones connect automatically upon being taken out from the case and connection to our phones and computers is very very fast too. Sound is very clear for up to 15 meters, range is still very good even between thick walls of my house.
The high speed and stability of Bluetooth 5.0 also allows every connection forged by the earphones to be stable, powerful, and deliver crystal clear audio. Furthermore, the earphones should receive strong signals when we select tracks using our mobile device or want to switch songs. It doesn’t take repeated tries for the earphones to accept an input command.
Sound Quality
Tronsmart have come a very long way in terms of producing earphones and earbuds with better and better quality, breaking their own records each and every time. The Tronsmart Onyx Ace features two separate microphones which allows crystal clear voice to be heard by people that we are communicating with. This is extremely crucial because there are many earbuds or earphones in the market that have decent quality sound but really lousy microphones.
The latest Qualcomm Chip paired with the latest Bluetooth 5.0 technology allows the earphones to receive and deliver seamless crystal clear audio without any noise, lags or latency issues. The passive noise cancellation technology is very effective and it allows phone conversation to be so clear that our listener will think that we are talking to them in an enclosed studio.
Furthermore, the Tronsmart Onyx Ace now comes with enlarged 13 mm drivers for each earphone. The sound delivered by the drivers and the chip is extremely high fidelity and this setup allows crystal clear Treble, Mid, and Bass to be delivered seamlessly. We are getting audiophile quality for this price.

CONS :
- No Built-In Cable on casing like Spunky Beat, but the fast charge from USB-C is more important
- A little too light, sometimes I accidentally knock it out from my ears when trying to pick them, it's almost weightless! Hahaha
