I've had a little problem connecting my new Tronsmart Onyx Neo in the beginning as I've just switched from my Android Phone to an iPhone early this year and I was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of new things that I had to learn and adapt to. It's all good now, I'm pretty comfortable with my new phone now.
The Tronsmart Onyx Neo is a slightly simplified version of the Tronsmart Spunky Beat but boosted with some technological improvements.

After a few weeks testing it on my new iPhone 11 Pro. Here are my findings :
Form Factor
The Tronsmart Onyx Neo is compact and minimal. It features a small but sturdy charging case, the earbuds are incredibly small, light, and efficient which fits right into our ears.
Casing
One note about the charging case here, it's smaller than both the Tronsmart Spunky Beat and Pro version. Unlike the Tronsmart Spunky Beat, it doesn't come with a built-in cable attached to the casing, which made it possible to create such small yet efficient casing. But in case you forgotten your charging cable, you'll just have to borrow it from a friend.
Power
Battery Life is also very good for the Tronsmart Onyx Neo. Similar to its siblings, it plays for 6 to 7 hours on a full charge on around 50% volume. Plenty of songs and videos to go! In case the battery goes flat, putting it back to the casing gives us about another hour of pure pleasure. The case charges the earbuds up to 4 times. However, instead of four LED indicators, only one remained on the case. It glows red when charging and green when the battery is fully charged. The design of the case is super efficient but it is harder determine the current battery level of the case. I just have to charge it from time to time before going out.

In Tronsmart Onyx Neo, all playback control functions are assigned to simple touches :
Connectivity
Connectivity is awesome due to the usage of Bluetooth 5.0 Technology. Takes only seconds to connect. The pair of earbuds connect automatically upon being taken out from the case and connection to our phones and computers is very very fast too. I had a little problem connecting them in the beginning due to using a new phone and I didn't charge one of the earbuds properly. Sound is very clear for up to 15 meters, range is still very good even between thick walls of my house.
Sound Quality
Like many earbuds, sound is only great if we wear them correctly using the correct size ear pieces, otherwise they would sound muffled. Therefore, please do try them on with different ear pieces. Sound will be good when they fit perfectly in our ears. I personally use the biggest size.
Treble and Mid are great sounding. Bass is only good when the earbuds are perfectly fit in our ears, therefore, like I mentioned, please do try on with different ear pieces.
Given the amazing opportunity to compare the Tronsmart Onyx Neo, Tronsmart Spunky Pro and Tronsmart Spunky beat. I find the sound in the Tronsmart Spunky Pro slightly superior compared to both Onyx Neo and Spunky Beat ie in Bass. This less powerful bass can actually be a plus point because it feels a lot more comfortable using the Onyx Neo for longer hours in comparison to those earbuds with stronger bass.
Additionally at this price, the Onyx Neo is already performing much better than many earbuds twice its price in the market.
