The system may be new and not thoroughly tested yet. Thus, I became a victim as well where some of my oldest videos (Piano Covers of Japanese pop songs) that I have already totally forgotten about got Struck. From what I've read, many good YouTube accounts with many years of hard work, tears, skeet, and blood has been accidentally wiped out from erroneous strikes by the system. Apparently no amount of emails or appeals will be properly responded. Even if there is any respond at all, there are no reason given. Simply "Appeal Rejected". This leaves zero option to all those who have worked hard for YouTube.
We do understand that YouTube community greatly outnumbered the number of dedicated staffs on YouTube. We are all humans and we sometimes overlook things or make mistakes given the fact that over 100 hours of content are processes every minute. I do sincerely hope that YouTube can look into this matter seriously, especially for partners out of USA.
100,000 Thank You back at YouTube. Thanks for the awesome times!!
But I do hope that YouTube can quickly rectify some serious erroneous strikes at the same time.
