I've been having a really bad down time for the past few months as my entire Google Account was disabled by Google for the whole time. There is this third party association called Lumen that goes around to take down files that infringes copyright, ie pirated materials, original songs being shared etc. and some of my covers that I've saved in Google Drive for many years were misidentified as original songs, and without much time for any warning, my account was suddenly disabled.
I've sent countless of desperate emails to Google. However in Google, we are mostly handled by bots rather than human. I've also checked with Lumen themselves, and my files were nothing mentioned in their blacklist. Filing counter notification took a very long while too, and even with my innocent files restored, my account was still disabled.
When an account is disabled by Google under DMCA violation, employees from YouTube will have much difficulties in handling our issue. Furthermore, the normal account appeal will not work due to the nature of the ban. Counter notifications may work, but with your email disabled, you'll never know which files were affected, thus you can't get any URL links to be filed.

Luckily as a YouTuber above 100,000 Subscribers, I get to connect with my friendly YouTube managers who are actually human who can at least help me escalate my issue to the right people.
Most Google accounts with similar issue without connection to human will end up being deleted.
Months passed and now my account has been fully restored by Google in good faith yesterday with the help of our hardworking and amazing account managers on YouTube and I've removed all backups of my covers from Google Drive since, just to be safe. Meanwhile, please bear with me while I figure out a better way to store my files. Things should be back within a month. Thank you so so much for your patience!
