I've been playing around with various versions and variations of Canon in D in the past, but I've never really attempted to listen and play the original version first written and performed in year 1680. I listened to it a couple times last night and I like it a lot.
It's not as easy to learn on piano because the original piece was played with many string instruments overlapping on each other. Therefore, this is the best I could attempt.
I can't really provide my own sheet music as I don't read or write music. However, with my utmost musical reading ability, I've found that this version is the closest rendition to mine. Feel free to download it and use it. Modify it a little and it will be very similar to what I've played.
