Mood : Playful Mood (Very Playful!)
Key : G Major (Simple Song)This is another nice song from Taylor. Song's in G Major. Very Straightforward! The only challenging part is the coordination because we're playing the Melody in between an accompaniment with a unique beat. ie G and D twice.Click HERE to view the video. You'll need to watch it while reading a printed copy of this tutorial. Like usual, use your ears to figure out the Right Hand Melody. If you don't know how, read from my first few tutorials and practice the songs from there one by one before you reach this tutorial. By the time you practice around 10 songs, I promise you'll be almost there. By the time you're at 21st song, you'll be better than me because it has already become your HABIT.If you choose to give up here. Good Luck =)Introduction :G and D x4 (Twice Each) The Music Just Starts!I am not the kind of girl Who should be rudely barging in On a white veil occasion But you are not the kind of boy Who should be marrying the wrong girl (Use 5th Apart Chords. This is another pretty emotional song. Pretty straightforward to play, but I wouldn't say it's really easy. The progression of the lyrics for first and second part is quite different. Unless you know the song well, it's very difficult to try to learn this within less than half an hour for most people.

Right Hand plays the melody and towards the chorus. D G) So this is me swallowing my pride, Standing in front of you saying I'm sorry for that night And I'd go back to December all the time It turns out freedom ain't nothing but missing you Wishing I'd realized what I had when you were mine I'd go back to December, turn around and make it all right I'd go back to December all the time (Chorus! Left Hand dances on D, F#, G, D, A for first part. D, F#, G, D, A, G, then B, A back to D. Right Hand plays the Melody with chords!) These days I haven't been sleeping Staying up playing back myself leaving When your birthday passed and I didn't call And I think about summer, all the beautiful times I watched you laughing from the passenger side and, Realized I loved you in the fall (Left Hand gracefully dances on D, B, G, A while Right Hand plays the Melody with some chords and trills)

Right Hand plays the melody and towards the chorus. D G) So this is me swallowing my pride, Standing in front of you saying I'm sorry for that night And I'd go back to December all the time It turns out freedom ain't nothing but missing you Wishing I'd realized what I had when you were mine I'd go back to December, turn around and change my own mind I'd go back to December all the time (Chorus! Left Hand dances on D, F#, G, D, A for first part. D, F#, G, D, A, G, then B, A back to D. Right Hand plays the Melody with chords!)
Bridge (LH : D, B, G repeat. Okay... You can't see my fingers in this video. That was how my videos were originally recorded until people asked me to make video tutorials which I can't really make without anyone standing directly above me holding the video camera. That's the reason I place my camera as how I place it now.

Mood : Emo Mood (In a Romantic Way) + Happy Mood (I know this is very weird, but that was how I felt when I play this song)
Key : C Major (This song is rather easy to play)
(Start with style, you're using the left hand to play the bass with octaves, right hand to play the background music, there's no melody in the beginning. Watch my video and see what I do here)
(Left hand : C) (Right hand : G, Lower C, Upper C)
I remember what you wore on the first day You came into my life And I thought hey You know this could be something (Left hand move to the middle near to right hand, chords are C, A, F, then G. Try to keep the style and tempo closes to the beginning. In the actual song, you can still hear the background music with G, Lower C, Upper C. But hey, we only have 1 pair of hands, just do your best to create the background music) 'Cause everything you do and words you say You know that it all takes my breath away And now I'm left with nothing (Slightly louder on the C this time. Chords are C, A, F, then G. Similar effect to the above)'Cause maybe it's true, that I can't live without you Well maybe two is better than one (Use left hand to continue the G, Lower C, Upper C background effects, right hand starts to play the melody)(When the melody comes in, flow your chords along F, G, F, G) There's so much time, to figure out the rest of my life And you've already got me coming undone (Chords are F, G, then A, back to G, then F) And I'm thinking two, is better than one (Back to G, A, then G, then back to C)I remember every look upon your face, The way you roll your eyes, the way you taste You make it hard for breathing (Really grand here to accompany Taylor's part, use the lowest C octaves you can play, see the video for more information. Chords are C, A, F then G. But in between, you can add some bridging notes like when you're playing C going to A, you can play E in the middle. From A going to F you can play C in the middle) 'Cause when I close my eyes and drift away I think of you and everythings okay And finally now, we're leaving (Again, chords are C, A, F then G. But in between, you can add some bridging notes like when you're playing C going to A, you can play E in the middle. From A going to F you can play C in the middle)And maybe it's true, that I can't live without you Well maybe two is better than one (Flow your chords along F, G, F, G) There's so much time, to figure out the rest of my life And you've already got me coming undone (Chords are F, G, then A, back to G, then F) And I'm thinking two, is better than one (Back to G, A, then G, then back to C)(Flow from F, A, F, D, G, then C, right hand playing B, C, G, B, C, B, C, B, G, E just follow the background music) Yeah, yeahI remember what you wore on the first day You came into my life And I thought hey (Really really soft, C, A fade out)Maybe it's true, that I can't live without you Maybe two is better than one (Flow your chords along F, G, F, G) There's so much time, to figure out the rest of my life And you've already got me coming undone (Chords are F, G, then A, back to G, then F) And I'm thinking (F)Oooh I can't live without you 'Cause baby two is better than one (Flow your chords along F, G, F, G) There's so much time, to figure out the rest of my life And I've figured out with all that's said and done (Chords are F, G, then A, back to G, then F) Two, is better than one (A, G, then C loudly)Two is better than one (C, E, A then F, G, back to C with the G, lower C, upper C background with right hand)
